1st Meeting 1.5 hours.
Client and Artist determine together the mood, setting, and approximate size of the portrait.
Booking of first photography session.
Signing of agreement and payment of 50% advance.
Photography/Sketching Session 2-3 hours.
The artist takes about 200 reference photos and color sketches from life.
Approval of Design - Through the mail when necessary
The artist presents or mails a design of the portrait for approval. The design may be approved as is, or with written changes. Upon approval of the Design the artist will be ready to begin the formal painting at his studio, where he will work from the color sketches and a composite of selected photos.
Presentation of the finished portrait - Through the mail when necessary
The Artist delivers the finished portrait, or sends a photo to the Client. The Client may ask for final adjustments.
